Of course I don't remember being born. I have vivid memories of being told Dad placed a football and boxing gloves in my crib. I was told that when Uncle Eddie headed off to the War, he bent over the crib to kiss me goodbye, and I peed in his face. I was told many things about my early years. They are as vivid in my consciousness as though I actually do remember them.
